China is now opening a new market to provide low cost private planes for hire The low altitude airspace for aviation will be part of the new scheme for the State Council and the Central Military Commission. These private planes will be used for three purposes.
It is hoped to be a successful investment for China within the next five to ten years once pilots have been trained, manufacturers have made the private plants and facilities have been built to store the private planes. According to the news report, these private planes will be ready for 2011 mid year. It is also hoped that the services will be expanded to other nearby countries including Singapore and Thailand.
