It's easy to get confused when people start talking about Las Vegas. You think the city is all about casino resorts and gambling tables, hookers and wedding chapels where Elvis will perform the ceremony, night time shows and day time golf... wrong.

Las Vegas Vacation Deals abound at the moment. Vegas was hit hard by the Great Recession and is trying to draw tourists back to the poker tables. But not all the reasons to go to Vegas involve gambling, sex or love.

The Las Vegas Flight Training Center is one of the best places in the US to learn to fly - mostly because the weather is so consistently nice.
